Spattershield is a ready-to-use welding anti-spatter. Apply before the welding process for easy clean-up of weld spatter and weld slag residue.

Because Spattershield is a pre-coat, it makes for easy clean up on all metals when using a soap cleaner or soap cleaner with a phosphatizer after welds are complete. Because it works with most metals, Spattershield is the most versatile anti-spatter found on the market today.

LUBRICUT 4220 Light
For grinding and light duty machining of ferrous metals such as cast iron, grey iron and high alloy steel. Can also be used for light to medium duty operations for copper alloy.

LUBRICUT 4250 Medium
For medium to heavy duty cutting and grinding for ferrous metals and light duty machining of aluminum and copper alloys.

LUBRICUT 4275 Heavy
A heavy duty synthetic coolant formulated for the machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This is a very concentrated lubricant for the most difficult machine operations.

CT 500-LC
A DEA free synthetic machining coolant for aluminum that provides outstanding lubricity. This product is also acceptable for ferrous metals and will offer good rust protection.

CT 500-LC can replace soluble oils for machining aluminum and provide the same performance levels wtih significant improved cleanliness.

CT 650-BC
A premium quality synthetic grinding coolant which can be confidently recommended for any surface grinding application of ferrous metals. It is non-foaming no matter how turbulent the system.

CT 650-BC also provides excellent rust protection and resistance to biological attack. It is not recommended for use with hard water since residual films can become sticky.

LUBRICUT 4180

CT 114-D
A light to medium duty machining product for ferrous metals. Works well in hard water and leaves a thin oily residual film.

LUBRICUT 4091
High performance soluble oil for machining of aluminum alloys. This is a new type of soluble oil that contains high levels of boundary lubrication for the most exacting requirements in tapping, reaming and threading of aluminum alloys.

CT 250-NC
For general purpose machining and grinding of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This phenol and chlorine free soluble oil resists microbial degradation and is mild to exposed skin.

CT 2553
An EP solution for the toughest of metal working operations. Ideal for use on tough stainless and alloy steels in heavy metal removing and grinding operations.
